Do you tumble, polish or alter your beach glass?
We pride ourselves with the fact that we use the beach glass as
we find it on the lake shore. Mother Nature does all the work!
May I use beach glass from my collection to have something made?
Yes! We ask that you send us your beach glass
and after we view it, we will get back to you via phone, fax or
e-mail to discuss what, if anything, your beach glass is conducive
for.
How do you drill beach glass?
We have a patented drilling process including a custom-drill system.
We are bound legally to not disclose any specific information on
the entire process. We do not now, nor have future plans, to sell
our equipment or method.
How do you ship your merchandise?
We ship via DHL. We will ship your order within a week,
unless it's a custom piece, then expect 4 to 6 weeks.

Where does your beach glass come from?
We collect all of our beach glass from the shores of Lake Erie.
What is your return policy?
At Relish, we want to be sure you are fully satisfied with your
purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for refund or size adjustment
within 30 days of the date shipped. Items must be returned undamaged
with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping charges are not
refundable for returns or size adjustments. If you need to return
an item, you may want to insure your return, as we cannot be responsible
for lost returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit
will be issued.
What is your guarantee policy?
Relish only uses quality materials when we handcraft our jewelry.
But if your jewelry arrives damaged please contact us immediately
so we can rectify the problem.
How can I get my jewelry repaired?
If a part of your jewelry was lost or damaged, just send all of
the pieces to us and we will replace them with like parts for a
fee. Please understand, however, that many of the parts we use to
make our products may differ from time to time due to supplier changes.
This may lead to some differences from the original design. The
selection of similar replacement parts will be made at our sole
discretion.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for
online orders. We also accept checks, although the order will not
ship until the check has been received and the funds have cleared.
Do you have a catalog?
